From my first meeting with Ross Carmen to our last conversation via phone to complete the payment after installation, everything ran extremely seamlessly. Ross and his installers were punctual and professional every step of the way. It is rare these days that projects this big happen with zero hiccups, but this one did! This review is Long Over Due. On May 1st, 2023 MD Windows and Doors installed 3 entrance and 2 storm doors on our home originally built in 1969. We could not be more pleased. The last 10 years we have completed major and minor renovations to our home and worked with many contractors. We do our research and don’t shop price alone but in the end there was always some challenge. Ross of MD W&D was the 8th contractor we met with and my husband was blown away at Ross’ knowledge of the product, process and his easy going personality that we signed on the spot. We never sign on the spot. The installation was completed by Caesar, a true craftsman. He ensured the doors had proper fitment and gaping was even throughout. If you have ever worked on doors for an older home…this is not an easy, quick process.
