I scheduled an appointment online for the next day from 1-6pm. I didn’t hear anything all day until about 4:45pm that my technician was on the way. He arrived at about 5:50pm. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and provided a quote. Work was completed promptly and I got my air conditioning back! I would definitely use this place again, just would help to get an update the day-of to give me an idea of where in the window to expect the technician. Service: HVAC system repair

In May, Amazing replaced our HVAC system. The whole process, from getting quotes to a quick fix that was needed after install, was fantastic. The office staff answered all calls promptly, pleasantly (which after being on the phone with several companies was much appreciated) and were really helpful. The time between getting a quote and installation day was about a week. We were given a rundown of what to expect day of and it went just that way. Joey, Tony & Devin were on time (really just about 15 minutes early) and went right to work. They were respectful of our property the whole time even making sure the gates, which keep the dog in, were locked at the end of the day. They answered any and all questions with patience and clarity. And possibly most telling of all, my dog liked them all! First time using Amazing Heating and Air Conditioning and I was very pleased with the service. Both Ryan and Zak were excellent. Resolved the problem, were both professional and polite.
