Although my initial appointment over the weekend for Monday was not entered for some reason, Alex made it right and got someone out to fix the issue. Wayne was the service tech that came out to address an issue with the HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time explained the steps he was taking to fix the issue. Upon wrapping up he also recommended a few things to help maintain and healthy system. Appreciate the effort to get us back up and running after a few miserable days of no AC in the upstairs but thank goodness for having to zones to hold us over.

My A/C unit broke at night in the heat of the summer in July. At 11:30 pm I called the number for Amazing Heating and Cooling to leave a message. To my surprise someone answered and said a service person would be out the following morning. I couldn’t believe it! So sure enough a technician showed up at 8:30 am and commenced working on the problem. He explained what he had found and laid out my options for me. Even though this A/C unit is 38 years old he was more than willing to make the necessary repairs rather than sell me a new unit. My AC stopped working 3 days after moving in to a new home. I called Amazing AC and scheduled a visit to my home 2 days later. I first thought it was the compressor and that it might have gone bad, but it turns out, almost everything else went bad too. To start off, working with Greg during the home survey and inspection was extremely pleasant and professional. He knew exactly what he was talking about and looking for, and reassured me the whole time that what the problem was and how it could be fixed.
