I contacted this company to repair my AC system. I was so thankful they were able to come out the same day, given that it was 97° out. The man who came was very kind and seemed very professional. He believed there was an issue with my thermostat and said if I purchased a new one, he would come back and install it the next day and the issue would be fixed. I went to Home Depot and purchased the exact thermostat upon his recommendation. I called and asked for an eta and he explained that he was caught up at a job and would come in the morning. I was understanding and assured him that I would call out of work to make myself available. In the morning, he never showed up. No text, no call. I reached out via text and phone call and got no response. I gave him plenty of time to correct his poor service before rating this company 1 star, as I am writing this review from my HOT 83° living room. I am most upset because I turned other companies away and took myself off of the companies that I did

The Owner was very professional, showed up on time and fixed my system expeditiously. I would definitely recommend this business if you need prompt, expert HVAC service/repair/ replacement. Service: HVAC system repair
