As a property manager I deal with many types of contractors. Bay Area office staff was friendly and professional on the phone (I got a real person, amazing!), scheduled for the furnace repair to a community building in a reasonable timeframe, was on time, called me on the way there (great job Ken!) and called me when the work was done. I didn't have to meet him on sight, he followed the easy steps to access the building and locked up when done. I am so happy I found this company and will be using and recommending them to my fellow property managers! Service: Heating system repair
Bay Area recently fixed our heat. We had extremely high utility bills and Bay Area was able to decrease them dramatically by identifying our issue and correcting it. I would recommend Bay Area to all my family and friends. They were very prompt and had reasonable pricing.
They came out within 2 hours of my initial call. Quickly diagnosed the issue. Technician did not have the part on his truck but another truck in the area had one and brought it over. Fixed and verified operation.
