My heat stopped working just in time for a cold snap. They were able to schedule me for the next day (I didn't press for an earlier appointment as it wasn't necessary). For the appointment they were on time, polite, educational, and I always appreciate when technicians offer to take their shoes off. The issue was identified and resolved within 20 minutes.
