I had new insulation and siding installed on the rear of my home in Baltimore. As a woman that is a homeowner, it is difficult to find contractors that are straightforward and honest. The installation of the roof was sub par. The crew left beer bottles all around my house and took 2 days to do a one day job. Each time a new leak appeared it took me months of trying to contact Mr. Snyder and the only way I could get a return call was submitting a complaint to MHIC. This happened 5 separate times over the 5 year warranty. Ended up having a roofer come by and repair 2 separate issues on the roof after the 5 year warranty to get the leaks to stop, including the flashing that was installed incorrectly. Lesson Learned. If someone only provides a 5 year warranty, they don't have confidence in the quality of their work. Service: Roof installation

In short, Exterior Experts was very professional, reliable and a great value. I was in dire need if a new roof and Neil came out within 24 hours to give me my roofing estimate and I hired them the next day. I would highly recommend these guys. There was absolutely no headaches in dealing with them and I would definitely use them again. On time, hard working, high quality, polite, clean, efficient..I cannot say enough!! Very happy with the work done and will have them back again for my new exterior Trex Deck install! Thanks Exterior Experts!
