The installation of the roof was sub par. The crew left beer bottles all around my house and took 2 days to do a one day job. Each time a new leak appeared it took me months of trying to contact Mr. Snyder and the only way I could get a return call was submitting a complaint to MHIC. This happened 5 separate times over the 5 year warranty. Ended up having a roofer come by and repair 2 separate issues on the roof after the 5 year warranty to get the leaks to stop, including the flashing that was installed incorrectly. Lesson Learned. If someone only provides a 5 year warranty, they don't have confidence in the quality of their work. Service: Roof installation

Exterior Experts did the siding on our house and installed a new deck. Santos and his crew did a wonderful job on the siding. They were meticulous in their work and did not cut corners. They pointed out things that needed to be done and took care of it. Lico installed a brand new deck. He did a great job and we are very pleased with it. Neil is very fair with pricing and works hard to make sure the job is done to satisfaction. We researched a lot of contractors and Neil was the best at pricing and timing. I would certainly recommend Exterior Experts for work you need done on your house.
