From the door Mr. John Frazier entered with the pleasure of servicing my unit! He educated me on the history of the company and my outdated unit! Step by step he explained what he was doing, what was needed and what was recommended! He explained my options-long term and immediate! I am very pleased with the outcome of my service today and look forward to my future service’s as I now I am a member of Len! It was definitely a pleasure to have Mr Frazier come out and display such an awesome level of professionalism and quality service!

Booked an appointment for Len The Plumber and they came out the very next day and within the given time window. Joe arrived and performed an assessment and explained every option and recommendation in layman's terms. He gave me an estimate and applied every discount available and BOOM - he completed the job quickly. We are in much better shape due to the competency of Joe and the Len The Plumber team. Andre was WONDERFUL!!!!! He had my new faucet,and disposal put in in less than an hour. He showed up early, and did an EXCELLENT job!!! Will always recommend Len to anyone that needs any work done!!! Great price also????..... Update from today, they came out to check my HVAC system as a bonus with our warranty. Very friendly, and professional. Great company!!!!!
