Our HVAC system stopped working the night of New Year’s Eve. Based on a recommendation I contacted Allen with Paramount on New Year’s morning at 9:00 and he was at my home by noon and diagnosed the problem. I was very happy with his knowledge and the very reasonable price I paid for the repair. Service: Repair HVAC
I was scheduled for service on a Friday. They had a cancelation on Wed and squeezed me in. Came back the next morning and replaced my AC pump. He answered my questions and gave guidance. Very friendly and professional.
Asked Paramount out for a second opinion after another HVAC contractor convinced us we would need to replace the entire HVAC system. Alan was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue and helping us get the system repaired. I cannot say enough about this company.
