Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had an issue with our water heater. Had one company come out first, and they quoted us and exuberant price so we decided to call Roto Rooter as a second opinion. Not only did they show up less than 2 hrs of the initial call, but they fixed the problem within an hour, and saved us a lot of money. Our tech was Min and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. So thankful that we made the call and had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be using them in the future! Jerry was awesome. Great communicator and super respectful. We had a whole home water filter installed of which Jerry was very knowledgeable on. He showed us how to replace the filter, and was even able to accommodate our busy schedules via text. Went the extra distance and even used indoor shoes to avoid dragging in dirt into our home. I needed my kitchen drain cleaned out. The back up went into my utility sink in the basement and no where else. The clean out pipe was next to the utility sink. I called there number at 7:30am and got an appointment between 8:00am-10:00am the same day(Great). I asked what there rate was but they do not give out pricing until the technician arrives and he would let me know how much, if I didn't like the amount it would cost he would just leave(Not Great). The technician arrived about 8:40am and assessed the problem. He looked up the pricing on a predetermined price list that said to clean out a kitchen drain pipe would be $726.00, he said he could give me a $75.00 Discount. Wow!!!! Blew my might. They could have said that on the phone call up front since they have a predetermined price sheet for many different scenarios. I guess I could have called around for better pricing or maybe rented a drain cleaner from Home Depot for $36.00 a day. Unfortunately, I paid the price and had him do t
