Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The plumber that came to my house was very kind, very informative and professional and personable. I have no issue what so ever with the plumber. He was great! My issue with them is the pricing. They were going to charge me almost $900 just because they had to move my toiled to snake my sewage line....I'm sorry, I can remove my own toilet, it's not a $900 job. When he told me what he needed to do I was expecting MAYBE to be quoted $200-$300.....but on the paper from the company there it was, over $800 for TOILET REMOVAL. It's turning off the water, emptying the tank, and removing a few bolts.....no way that should cost so much.... If money is no object, by all means, use them because of the great customer service.....but if you live paycheck to paycheck like myself and most other people out there...go with a local plumber.... A bit pricey, but RR came out to clear 2 drain from basement kitchen and bathroom area. One was cleared the other couldn't be because the pipe was broken. Rr charged me 1/2 the price because they only cleared one. Next day they brought a camera to see where the breakage was. They ???? the problem and gave me details, + very high cost estimates. I got another another plumbing company to do the repairs at a much reduced cost. Overall, I was happy with my Rotorooter experience. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection

We had an unexpected leak and called the Roto-Rooter Team. They were out here in an hour or so. They tracked down the leak, and began repairs. Meanwhile the cleanup team came out and set up everything we needed to dry everything out. The plumber (Franklin) was outstanding. He had a difficult challenge given the way the piping was originally run. He had to engineer a solution that would work, and he did an amazing job.
