Trey, the technician, was wonderful. We had a poorly functioning AC. Trey took the time to explain to me what he was testing and looking for, and what the fixes he recommended would do. He evaluated the entire system top to bottom, he didn't just overfill with refrigerant. Turns out although our system is approaching 15 years old, all it needed was refrigerant and the compressor coils to be cleaned. He explained and showed me all the temperature differentials from the evaporator and compressor (I think I'm getting that right) and made me feel like he was fixing the problem without selling me things I did not need. Based on my experience, when we do need a new system, I'll be sure to come to Carrington. Service: HVAC system maintenance
