Charlie and the staff have been extremely responsive, professional and helpful, from initial installation of privacy fencing through re-doing a portion of the fence due to faulty lot survey (by survey company) and repairs from wind damage. We replaced our above ground pool and the pool had a attached deck and the new pool had no deck. We called Excel and needed a deck , and within a very short time after the pool was the deck was up within 2 days.
