Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Also, for a company that claims to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they are closed at 12pm on a Saturday. When you call, its says the business hours are 7am-5pm Monday through Friday.
I really did have the best experience with Smart Energy Systems. They kept in contact with me at all times. Very professional and friendly. Especially during the quarantine with Covid they were just wonderful! Recommend highly!
Smart Energy is my go to for all things heating & air conditioning. Their service is great and the tech's are always friendly, professional, with quality care to being "in" the home. I'm a local real estate agent and when a seller left one of my clients with a bad heating scenario, Smart Energy showed up quickly and were super helpful finding parts and getting the heat working for my client. While waiting on parts, they checked the warranty info and made additional calls to help this new homeowner. While some things didn't check out, it was the attempt to help in additional ways, finding the parts, keeping everyone informed and making the home warm that had me come here for a review!
