A Plus has done a lot of work in the past on HVAC and hot water heaters for me but never have I had extensive plumbing work done by them. Robert the technician was super efficient, kept me up to speed with progress, rerouted valves to make access easier and even cleaned up behind himself. I had ups and downs with this business. I do believe in recognition where it is deserved. We had such communication difficulties with this company and getting our BRAND NEW HVAC system working. It broke down less than a month after installation. Tried reaching out to the service Mgr Mathew, leaving message after message with no return call. Thankfully, Amanda responded to our calls and communicated with us. She even gave me her direct phone line so I could reach her more easily. That's great customer service! I would RATE her CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 STARS! Amanda and our tech Dion could teach their management team how to communicate with their customers and deliver excellent customer service. The management team definitely needs help in that department. I was told Mathew said he didn't get any of our calls, but even after he was told we were trying to reach him, he still never called us.
