I had ups and downs with this business. I do believe in recognition where it is deserved. We had such communication difficulties with this company and getting our BRAND NEW HVAC system working. It broke down less than a month after installation. Tried reaching out to the service Mgr Mathew, leaving message after message with no return call. Thankfully, Amanda responded to our calls and communicated with us. She even gave me her direct phone line so I could reach her more easily. That's great customer service! I would RATE her CUSTOMER SERVICE 5 STARS! Amanda and our tech Dion could teach their management team how to communicate with their customers and deliver excellent customer service. The management team definitely needs help in that department. I was told Mathew said he didn't get any of our calls, but even after he was told we were trying to reach him, he still never called us. Robert is amazing. He is very professional and knowledgable! I appreciate that both times at my home, he took his time explaining the issue and how to maintain the proper maintenance to help my water heater and garbage disposal last. He presented me with different solutions and I didn't feel pressured into choosing a service. Scheduling is always easy and I love being apart of the membership. It really helps save in the long run.
