I would give Best HVAC 3 stars, but Martin has already added a few reviews for himself, so the 2 stars is to even it out. The team is knowledgeable and gets the work done. The problem is they aren't responsive and drop things the second they're out the door. If you have a continuing issue, it's best to look elsewhere. Martin said he would order the part but never even returned my calls or texts. He completely abended us with no AC during a heat wave. Avoid at all costs.
