Suggest companies should be able to tell a customer how long a project may take in advance. I'm sure they are trained to make the most out of a job. My problem involved a weekend emergency plumbing repair, and although the advertised 24 hour our repair service turned out not to be exactly 24 hours, I did receive an appointment the following morning, and the technician came out, Hungh, was able to handle the problem in an extremely professional and competent manner, and for what I consider to be a very fair price. I want to add that the person handling the overnight emergency repair line for this company was extremely sympathetic and honest in her dealings with me. She told me that 24 hours really meant no job could begin after 10 PM. I recommend that everyone who reads this realize that this is probably the case for almost every Plumbing repair company that advertises 24/7 these days. Service: Plumbing leak repair
