They did work on my neighbor’s town home which is connected to mine. Understandably, at one point they had to use my front step to access her roof. However, they never rang my bell to communicate this information. They just set up on my front step, which I realized only after I attempted to leave my house through my front door. Later that same day while sitting in my living room I watched one of the roofers repeatedly walk across my landscaping. I did address both issues with the workers that day. Well they’re back again today…. When I was leaving the house I noticed they’d started to set up their equipment on my lawn. I addressed it with them before leaving. Professionalism and Courtesy is everything!!!
