I’ve been using ESA for heating and air conditioning services for my home and business for about 14 years. They have offered great advise and planning for installing and maintaining new and existing systems. Skyler was just in to service the air conditioning system at my business. He was very personable and professional. It is very comforting to work with people you trust.

I wanted to relate how incredibly response and helpful ESA was regarding an HVAC issue last week. Last Thursday (7/6/23), our HVAC blower started making a lot of noise, which progressed to screeching like a banshee; it had done this occasionally in the past but resolved itself, and passed a tune-up by ESA this spring. At 5 am on Friday AM, the blower finally let out one last scream and died (it was 20 years old) and we had no A/C. I called the answering service and left a message, they said calls would be returned stating at 8. At 8:02 AM Friday, I got a call back and a tech was here at 845. He had to come a couple of times, as they did not have the right size blower the first time around. At 3 pm, we had our AC back on! I am just so very grateful for ESA's great customer service. I know the tech had to squeeze us in between other jobs. I have just never seen customer service like this before, and wanted to spread the word about it. I highly, highly recommend them.

We've done our routine maintenance with ESA for the past 6 years. Ben was just over today for our yearly check-up. In these 6 years, we've had one or two little items, but nothing that amounted to a ton of money, and I believe the active monitoring has prevented bigger problems. They are excellent at making and maintaining their schedule - always on time, always professional, always with clear explanations and useful recommendations. We'll keep working with them!
