I have been a Jade Heating and Air Conditioning customer for 2 years. I even have their service plan on my 3 air conditioners. My technician is absolutely stellar. I have complete faith in his diagnostic ability. What's more, he actually takes the time to walk me through the issues when he discovers a problem. I couldn't be more satisfied with their responsive and integrity.
I had Joe out to my house today to look at my air conditioning unit. Nice guy, real thorough and knowledgeable. Got out here the same day I called. Didn’t try to push anything on me or make me feel dumb for not knowing all about my unit. Made sure to lay out all the options for me and ensure I understood everything. When it comes time to replace my aging unit, I definitely plan to call this company again!
