This company has been a nightmare to deal with. After being charged 3 service call fees to assess the same problem with no work being done, two technicians finally came out to repair a burst water pipe. The first 2 techs who came out on service calls came up with drastically different interpretations as to what happened to our pipes. The pipes had frozen, then thawed and burst, flooding our downstairs with water damage. On the day the company finally sent people out to work, the technicians arrived and worked for about 45 minutes before sending my husband out to Home Depot to buy all of the materials they would need to complete the job, since they didn't bring anything with them except for basic tools. While he went to purchase the supplies, they sat outside in their van for over an hour and a half and then drove away without saying anything to me. They finally came back, and did a half-effort job of repairing the leak, replacing drywall and insulation, and sealing up the side of the
