Queen Electric

The first tech who did my initial assessment was professional but every encounter after that was absolutely terrible. When they came to do my doorbell install the tech called me out to show me how to use it. Apparently, it won't work unless you hold it down for SEVERAL seconds (really??) Call me unreasonable but I want a doorbell that rings when you press it. I had them uninstall it and requested a working doorbell. I called the front office and got the nastiest customer service rep I've ever experienced. After giving me a tutorial on how to use a doorbell (my blood still boils at that one) he essentially called me a liar and said that it worked fine. He found it acceptable and would call AHS to tell "his side." A. Are we in 8th grade? B. Why are we going through this over a doorbell? The nastiness and pettiness really isn't worth it. Save your time and your blood pressure and go somewhere else.

If I could I give a negative 0 or less. The other postings I agree with. One man team and you have to call everyday for someone to get on the phone. Technician is LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL, like he has a problem working or doing the job. So glad now another person stated what I been saying all the time WIRE issues. Anyone with common sense could see that, but I guess a technician did not learn that in school. Will NOT be using Queen again. If you are a Tenant then you can forget it when it comes to honesty. They will side with the landlord, customer or owner when there are problems with the home. Now that I see the previous complaints owners will only go through their home warranty insurance and not pay to fix the issues. BEWARE TENANTS!!!!

Queen Electric was referred to me by AHS. I received a phone call promptly from the company and was scheduled for a technician to come out the next day.
