If I could I give a negative 0 or less. The other postings I agree with. One man team and you have to call everyday for someone to get on the phone. Technician is LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL, like he has a problem working or doing the job. So glad now another person stated what I been saying all the time WIRE issues. Anyone with common sense could see that, but I guess a technician did not learn that in school. Will NOT be using Queen again. If you are a Tenant then you can forget it when it comes to honesty. They will side with the landlord, customer or owner when there are problems with the home. Now that I see the previous complaints owners will only go through their home warranty insurance and not pay to fix the issues. BEWARE TENANTS!!!!

I was hesitant to use this company after seeing the reviews. Nowadays you have to really look at reviews to see if you want to use a company or not. I actually didn't have a choice because this is the company AHS assigned. I must say the technician, J.R. came out within the timeframe I was allotted. He came into my home with his mask on and put on shoe covers. He looked at everything that needed to be repaired (circuit breaker burn out, two light switches, and two electrical outlets). He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed everything in less than an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I truly appreciate his promptness in fixing everything. I had a very poor experience with this company three weeks ago. They were sent out by my home warranty company to replace sparking outlets. Tech came out and only looked at 3 outlets to see if they had power coming to them. He sent me to other floors to count outlets i needed replaced without checking them at all. He said he’d put in an order for 11 outlets and would be back. Instead, he submitted a report to my warranty company saying I’d requested that 11 outlets be upgraded and there was no fault with any. I had to call and rebut his report in order for my warranty company to send Certified Electric to come and check the outlets, diagnose the issues, and replace them. They cost me hours of complaining and weeks with sparking outlets because their tech didn’t investigate the issues I reported and then carelessly submitted a work order without documenting the issue. I’ll never do service with this company again. Service: Electrical outlet & switch relocation
