Super quick turn around and extremely knowledgeable! The turn around from my first call to the service was approximately 24 hours, which is unheard of for most service companies on a non-emergency call. Danielle was my service tech and she knew her stuff. I had a full system inspection and she was very thorough and walked me through everything she was doing. She caught that the capacitors on my compressors were not working properly. This catch potentially saved me a complete system failure during some of the hottest days we’ve had in awhile. Better yet, she was able to replace them on the spot. I would recommend Buric to anyone. I’ve had other services in the past that were cheaper, but weren’t so prompt or thorough. Buric is a model business and you get a ton a value from what you spend with them!

I called for a heat pump that was drenched in water every time it ran. They worked around my schedule and I got a tech out when I was home. He was professional and respectful of my property. He quickly diagnosed a clogged condensate drain and a clogged drain pipe to the external of the building.
