No-Frost A/C & Heating

I found have found this company to be reliable, professional and honest. This past August during one of the hottest heat waves we have had this summer my air conditioner stopped working. I had used this company many years ago but have not recently needed service. When I phoned No Frost Eileen, the owner, assured me they would get a service technician here ASAP. A technician came that same day. Unfortunately, the air conditioner needed to be replaced as well as the gas fired furnace as it's an integrated system. After verifying the recommended replacement furnace and air conditioner were available, the installation was scheduled for the following Monday. The installers arrived on time, did a thorough job (including the installation of a new thermostat), reviewed the sytem with me and cleaned the area before leaving. No Frost filed all the warranty information. A few days later Eileen phoned to ensure that I was satisfed with the installation and that everything was left in good order
