ALP Roofing

We had ALP fix a leak that keeps coming back after a few years. We had a hiccup come up at the end of our job, within minutes of learning of the issue management was the phone with us taking full ownership of it and working with us to resolve it. Job went very well, the crew even cleaned our gutters for us, which wasn't on the job sheet! I definitely recommend this company.

I want to say "Thank You" to Jesse for helping me in a situation that was new to me as a home owner. My roof had to be replaced and the ALP crew was able to take care of it and allowed me to be totally comfortable with the whole process. Jesse was there to answer my questions via text which put me at total ease. From the assistance of the office staff to the crew that came out to do the work, everything worked out great. We can’t say enough great things about ALP ROOFING and Jesse Harrah! Recently, after seeing a huge leak in our ceiling we realized we had storm damage to our roof. We contacted two local roofing companies - both companies quickly sent estimators out to our home. Both guys were great, but Jesse with ALP Roofing sent us a quote and followed up right away. He even offered to meet the insurance adjuster at our home to explain the repairs required. My husband and I were super impressed. (The other company never even followed up with us.) From start to finish Jesse has been exceptional! He was available every time I called / sent a text, is very friendly, always professional and even helped guide us in picking the new shingle and gutter colors. The best part was he dealt directly with our insurance and he did meet the adjuster at our home! We never had to worry about a thing. The contractors installed our new roof in one day and were also equally professional! We couldn’t be happier
