Our lights went out on the second floor bathrooms and stairwell. No breakers were tripped and all lights and outlets are on the same circuit on the second floor. I called Schmidt’s after reviewing online information (3ish pm). He offered to come out within an hour, however I did not want to pay OT, which I expressed. Eric, the owner, came out the next day between his calls to troubleshoot. It was a little more involved than he thought and didn’t want to be too late getting to his next job. Arrangements were made for the next day. Next day Eric and James came out - James worked on the problem while Eric went to another job that was scheduled. James, one of Eric’s workers, found the problem and was repaired. The owner and James were very, very professional, polite, and courteous. Eric’s company is young but their work is very good and price was good. I would recommend you use Schmidt’s and tell others oF his work. Service: Electrical power restoration
