Schmidt's Electrical Service

I have had a nightmare dealing with a BRAND NEW DISHWASHER. The motor failed in my old one so I bought a new one. I had the new dish washer installed (paid 140 for the service) and it was dead. The installers just left me with a dead dishwasher. I thought the issue was the dishwasher. The conpany i bought the dishwasher from, had a technician come out a check the dishwasher; only to find out I had no power. The situation seemed bizarre to me because other then the motor failing in my old one, it had power to it and was running. The technician did not give me much to go on other then I needed an electrician. I Googled electricians in my area. I must of called six on the list. Some wanted me to go through a website to book them. Some electricians did not answer the phone or have an answering service. Two, however, were responsive. Our lights went out on the second floor bathrooms and stairwell. No breakers were tripped and all lights and outlets are on the same circuit on the second floor. I called Schmidt’s after reviewing online information (3ish pm). He offered to come out within an hour, however I did not want to pay OT, which I expressed. Eric, the owner, came out the next day between his calls to troubleshoot. It was a little more involved than he thought and didn’t want to be too late getting to his next job. Arrangements were made for the next day. Next day Eric and James came out - James worked on the problem while Eric went to another job that was scheduled. James, one of Eric’s workers, found the problem and was repaired. The owner and James were very, very professional, polite, and courteous. Eric’s company is young but their work is very good and price was good. I would recommend you use Schmidt’s and tell others oF his work. Service: Electrical power restoration
