Two techs called before arriving to give me an ETA, they were early for the scheduled appointment. They installed my new LED TV on an existing bracket, they were very thorough, precise, and had all of the right tools and hardware. I would hesitate to recommend.
Extremely happy with their service. Liz was great when I called, explained everything to me. Denton came out to my house and fixed my laptop. Took the time to answer my questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs assistance, big or small. Great people to deal with.
Unbeatable customer service! Our experience with Bridged Technology was outstanding! They were so responsive and helpful. We reached out on a weekend and immediately received a call back. Not only was a service technician at our home in a day, but his solution was extremely honest and his concern was for us and our home. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!
