Excellent and on time work! Courteous and very professional! Colt was very knowledgeable and repaired and replaced everything I needed! Made sure there was no leaks after the work. I originally called to replace my hot water heater thinking it was leaking, but Steve Parker from O'Connor Plumbing figured out I had an old pvc pipe that cracked and broke causing the flooding in my kitchen. He did everything quickly, cleanly, and was very patient with explaining the issue with me. Steve even helped explain the issue to my insurance agent, which helped to alleviate my fears with paying the bill. I shared the price for the rates with my brother-in-law who is a real estate agent and he said they were fair. Overall, good company and great employees. Spencer was phenomenal! He was very professional and thorough with his work. He assessed the problem carefully, paid attention to details. Very happy with this company and definitely use them again . I also want to acknowledge Jason who came to the house for the initial assessment of the problem.
