Bethany is the first person that we saw and she evaluated the work to be done by inspecting the roof with a drone on the outside and then inspected the roof from the inside via the attic. Once the job was completed, I was able to take the prepared paperwork report of the project to my homeowners insurance agent and they will provide an annual deduction of $240 dollars on my policy for this home improvement. On top of that, when I file my income taxes for this calendar year, I will be able to claim a home improvement deduction. If you like non-pressurized sales people, then this is your company. After receiving several offers for a reputable roofer in the Frederick area, Sean stopped by and upon looking at our roof and taking some pictures of our roof, it was clear that it was badly damaged. Sean made the collaboration with the adjuster, and the insurance company seem so effortless that right after the inspection, the adjuster made a complete approval of the new roof installation. Sean showed us several options to choose from: different roofing materials, styles, and pros and drawbacks of each one of them.
