The process of making appointments is easy and they are very responsive. Offer small accurate windows when the service person will be out so you can plan your day around the appointment. Imagine buying a house in a town where you don’t know anyone, while working out of the country in Japan, only to find out there hasn’t been heat working for 5 days during below freezing weather… W.A. Tolbard responded and absolutely went above and beyond to take care of us. Amanda and Lisa were particularly fantastic. The W.A. Tolbard team was quick and attentive, even with a 14 hour time zone difference. They took the time to explain detailed issues with the furnace. They also seemed to prioritize getting parts from outside warehouses. Never felt like I was ‘just another service call’ for them. Also appreciated the tech checking on my copper plumbing to ensure there pipes were not damaged. Great experience.

Technician knew exactly what the most probable problem was. Fixed it immediately with a new part and then went to outside unit and double checked Freon and checked it out.
