Chris and Brady arrived at my home on time. Worked for 8 hours straight. I offered lunch but they declined. When they finished; they went over the new equipment in detail and asked if I had any questions. Chris and Brady are very polite and professional. I am very happy with the service. After making me wait two weeks for an appointment to fix broken heating (in the middle of February) they missed my appointment and only told me after I called to ask where they were. After this they were unable to reschedule for another full week. Having no heat in the middle of winter is not an issue people should be waiting three weeks for. Having taken a day off to be there when they arrived I was more than upset that they cancelled the appointment and didn’t even have the decency to let me know. Instead they just did not show up. We do facilities maintenance for the Army Reserve, and Chad hopped right in when we were burried in HVAC and electrical tickets. He has not only been extremely responsive, but he gets work done quicker than any contractor we've used so far, he provides estimates the same day work was investigated and he is fast with communication and response. He is on time, and has followed through with everything. It is a pleasure to work with him, and we will continue to use his services for as long as we have work in his area.
