Everyone I encountered from my first phone call were responsive, professional and courteous. Rochelle and Sam were both amazing! Rochelle secured an appointment for me within an hour of my non-emergency call. Sam was professional from his arrival. He quickly assessed the problem and was very good at explaining the challenge and what he would do to repair it. His service was quick and thorough leaving me confident that my problem was solved! Had a hot water heater start leaking that was under warranty by the manufacturer. Talked to 4 plumbers total, two had no idea how to handle this situation, one gave me a good quote, and prime matched that quote and I went with them because they clearly knew the process of how to get the new water heater from their supplier. They took care of it for me no hassle at all, and the installation looks great. Additionally, the plumbers were super professional and easy to work with, and the front office isn't pushy which is great, because I don't always have that experience. Lastly, they came out to give me an estimate without even bringing up a service charge. From what I can tell this is the exception to the rule, and is a breathe of fresh air. Ben was very nice when I called in. I was able to be serviced the next day. I appreciated the text reminders and a profile pic of the tech before he arrived. It’s a crazy world out there. The window frame was 2pm to 6pm. Will the tech showed up at 2, was very nice, knew what he was doing and got the job done in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable given the demand of the job and how quickly they serviced my home. I will be going through this company from here on out. Highly recommended!
