Terrific company. Had used them for many years for my AC unit in office space. Their techs Shawn, Daniel and Nathan as well the owner had been honest, courteous and great technicians who know their craft. Their receptionists are friendly and they accommodated me today due to emergency of a heavy water leak because of a clogged drain. Shawn addressed this issue at 7 am today so I can keep my office running. Also, now they have great program that notifies you exactly when they come out and then summary of the work done and detailed charges. Very helpful and transparent. The owner is also very helpful and accessible. Highly recommend this privately owned company!

I have used D & A for my AC maintenance and repairs for the past few years and they have never let me down! I have worked with many of the technicians as well as the owner Chris and have nothing but great things to say about them. They are all courteous, professional and do excellent work. I had a great experience with D&A. I was looking for someone to install ductwork for my kitchen range hood. I reached out to numerous places but what set DNA apart from the rest of the places were their knowledge about local building codes and requirements, for example are very familiar with building codes in the DC area and they inform me about having to get makeup air since my hood was over 400 CFMs. Their knowledge about the type of ductwork you need to install. Also the quality of their customer service. Other contractors fail to disclose this type of information which would have caused us to have problems down the line. I would definitely use them again
