Window replacement job: Junior, the lead installer, is really great! He made sure I was comfortable with the job and confirmed which windows to start out with to ensure timely and efficient work and completion. The crew also made sure all my sensors were in tact for the alarm system technician to reinstall to the new windows (same day so when done everything was in perfect working order!). And the crew was better than on time; they were early! Called 20 min before arrival. Very professional. Very thorough and diligent, they took time to make sure all the framing was consistent (the previous windows were wonky and mismatched from work prior to our purchase of the house; so this was a challenge!), and they were very friendly and conscientious. I also have a bunch of plants, and even though they weren’t in the way, they covered them for extra protection, which I appreciate the extra touch. The installation crew actually came earlier than expected but that was fine. I mentioned to them before starting that I was concerned about bugs coming in while they were installing. They were able to put up a makeshift wall to prevent any type of intrusion. Upon completion they showed me how the door worked, provided me with the warranty and additional paperwork, and asked to consider them if we needed additional work at any time. Very pleasant and knowledgeable as well as patient working out in the heat and high humidity. A little expensive but quality of installation and products is a plus. Anderson team worked professionally and expeditiously to replace a number of windows in our home. They were excellent in arriving in time, addressing our questions and concerns, and cleaning up all debris. We have used this company before and would use them again, as well as recommend them to others. Could not have had a better experience. We calculated that, amazingly, the professional team removed and relaxed with new Anderson windows 11 double-hung windows in a little over 16 minutes average per window!
