I highly recommend Mike and Broyles. Excellent service! Mike provided a thorough estimate as well as very knowledgeable about the products. We got the ductless HVAC and are extremely pleased. The workers were very thorough, excellent in customer service, and made sure when to communicate as they went along. It took a total of four days with the last day being the day to turn on everything. I also have a dog and kids (but they were in school during the actual time they were working), but both guys were great with my dog. I really can’t stress enough how great the experience with Mike and Broyles. If anyone wants HVAC services, look no further because they will meet your needs! Mike and all of his employees are great to work with. They are respsonive, honest, and fair. We recently lost heat and Mike was extremely flexible with timing and had our system up and running. We decided to replace our older unit and Mike provided fair and reasonable quotes with several options and had our new unit installed just a few days after we put down the deposit and finished the job in one day.
