I wanted to take the time to share the experience I had with Priority Roofing & Restoration in the installation of a new roof at our property. The service and commitment were absolutely tremendous! Having a background in space systems engineering, I have come to know how important it is to identify and understand the requirements for a project well before it starts. The Priority Roofing & Restoration team was phenomenal in quickly assessing our needs after the recent wind and hail storms impacting the Southern Maryland area. The team paid close attention to detail and worked directly with us to provide our insurers with everything they needed to replace and restore our home's roofing and weather protection. Andrew, Thomas, Rob, and Lauren kept us well-informed allowing us to make the best decisions. We used Priority Roofing & Restoration recently for Basement Mold Remediation services. The owner, Andrew Lawrence, and his staff, at the office (Jessica & Lauren) and on the work crew (Cody and Nathan) that we dealt with were very professional, responsive and patient with us and our requests. Special kudos to Cody, who did most of the manual labor, and could not have been kinder or more courteous and thorough. The only reasons this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is that 1) a few times there was a communication disconnect on what day or time work should be expected to be done and 2) there is a processing fee added if payment is done by credit card, making it more cost effective to pay by check or bank withdrawal. We would have preferred to pay at times by credit card if there had not been the added fee. We definitely recommend this company.
