Linneer worked on both my kitchen and bathroom sinks and some of the issues with this old house created a challenge. I am so thoroughly impressed with his professional knowledge and courtesy but most of all his ability to listen to his customer and honor their priorities. The costs were very reasonable, but the trust factor he afforded me was priceless. i highly recommend 1st Choice!

I would give more stars for 1st Choice Plumbing if it lets me. Our sump pump was broken and our basement started getting water overflow and the carpet was wet. I was suggested to get the sump pump fixed. The adjuster told me the average price for a sump pump replacement is about $180. I called several places to get an appointment ASAP. The first one I called was Ehrhardt Brothers Plumbing, they quoted me $160 for diagnosis and estimate $1800 for sump pump replacement. The second place I called is Cross County Plumbing, no one answered so I left a voice mail. I HAD TO call him back a few hours later asking if he had got my message. Cross County Plumbing replied that they DID get my message but they don't think my sump pump needs replaced since it hasn't been working for 3 years ("If it has not been working then you don't need it", they said). I insisted that it needed fixed due to the water backup/overflow. They RELUCTANTLY gave me an appt for diagnosis ($125) and estimated $800-$1000
