Due to the impending storm, service was rescheduled to the day before at a convenient time. Norman showed up right away. He quickly identified the problem with the gutter and cleared it. He then checked for other issues but found none and reassured me all is well with the gutter. I then asked him to check my basement sliding glass door that was leaking water from the upper molding and Norman looked outside and caulked what might be the problem. The entire time Norman explained the process and remained professional. I appreciate him answering all my questions not to mention that he has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Thanks Norman. Called for a quote for three things: recaulking my walk in shower, repairing our door frame, and replacing an outdoor hose spigot. Initial person I spoke with was helpful, looked over the photos and gave me a quote. Everything after that was downhill. I received a call a few days before informing me that we shouldn't use that shower for 24 hours before and we wouldn't be able to use it for 24 hours after. I had assumed it they would bring a fan or something to speed up the process, if I had known it was going to take up the same amount of time it would have taken for me to do it, I would have said no. I canceled that part of the service, and during that discussion the scheduler said that she thought the job would still take the same amount of time for the other projects. When I asked her why, she said that she hadn't had access to the photos when we initially scheduled, and she didn't realize the extent of the damage to the door frame. Highway robbery. The people scheduling insisted our mounting of 2 items was a 2 person job - that is when I should have not moved forward. For 2 LIGHT items we were sent two expensive technicians. One technician was legit just handing screws to the other and they moved slowly to specifically get to 2 hours - I heard the main guy say they needed to get to 2 hours. For the two mounted items, it came to over $600 for 2 hours. Absolute insanity. We used a separate handyman last year not through this company and he hung BY HIMSELF two very large televisions (65 inch and 75 inch) and he charged us under $300 so we have a direct comparison. We did have the job quoted and I moved forward, my mistake, I just figured there was no way the job would get to $600 for 2 hours. When we called to discuss our concerns with the office, one of the managers in the office ( I know it was a manager because the first woman we spoke to transferred us to her stating she was a manager) was so insanely rude
