Honest Air was very understanding with my issue. They sent someone out within one day, diagnosed the problem, and sent another technician to fix it within 2 days. Since we were having 95-100 degree days, I really needed the air conditioning to work. The technicians were helpful and polite. I will use this company for a long time to come!

The tech arrived on time and was very professional and proficient! He quickly diagnosed the problem and made sure there were no other problems before leaving. Parts on order. Update: The parts came in when promised, however the manufacturer neglected to tell Honest Air that an additional vital part was following in the mail. Honest Air hopped right on its shipping status and kept me up to date by email and by calling. They genuinely cared about the delay, and sincerely apologized, even though it was not their fault. I received a call the part was in, and about an hour later, Russell was back to install it. He even assured me, that if needed, he would stay late to finish the work. I felt as if I was working with a member of my family! I really cannot be more delighted with the initial response, the communications throughout the repairs, the professionalism and care they provided us.
