Advisor Allen Powell was a pleasure to work with. He professionally brought forth full information about our failed air conditioner and its integration with our heating system. He clearly explained all our options and compared them. He worked with us in fashioning the option that best fit our needs and budget. The next day (a Sunday) he called to inform us of a change to our selection that saved us an additional $500. We have purchased a yearly maintenance contract with his company for several years and have been happy with the value and the results for our existing aging HVAC system. Service: Install AC

Today we had our new HVAC system installed. Transito Hernandez and his team were very professional and friendly and did a great job on the install. From our first technician last week diagnosing our old systems problems, to their comfort advisor helping us pick out our new system, and today having a great install team - everything went smoothly working with One Hour AC & Heating.
