I was in need of a complete roof replacement, and knew it. I got several estimates, some very high, some very low, Jay was honest about what he saw and cost estimates, and possible additional costs when the old roof was removed. He and team arrived promptly and got right to work. He sent pictures all day of the progress and any bad wood as it was uncovered (that would need to be replaced). It was a very pleasant experience. The job was completed by the end of the day. I also had a waterfall over my front door every time it rained. I had the gutters replaced about 7 yrs ago, and was assured that the new gutters would correct that. NOPE! Jay listened, looked at the roof, and assessed the issue and advised larger gutters. I really felt good about the professionalism overall, so I went with it. NO MORE WATERFALL‼️???????????? Jay was right! I highly recommend Jay and his team! We selected Home Wise Pros from Angie’s list because they had seemingly thousands of glowingly positive reviews. After a nightmare roofing experience when we moved into our home 20+ years ago, we dreaded going through it again. Angie’s list proved to be more reliable than our realtor’s recommendation when we purchased our home, and our roofing experience with Jay was fabulous, from start to finish. The initial visit, inspection and overview of the project, the clarity of the proposal, the efficient and orderly delivery of the shingles and installation operation, and competitive pricing. This year a falling limb poked a hole in our roof and Jay responded and repaired it immediately - all he would accept for the repair was a Coca-Cola, and it was so nice to see him again!
