No way. For years and years they had a bad reputation for overcharging. I was at work and had a plumbing problem, well pump burned out. They came out and replaced it at a price that was jaw-dropping. They charge for such things as Pro insurance. The pump failed after 10 days. They then charged me for a service call. I called the main office and was told the insurance didn't cover that

We had a leaky toilet and saw this place because of the good reviews. They were able to come out the next day when after we called in the afternoon and fixed it quickly, even replaced the internals without us having to ask. It helps if you have some idea as to what is causing the issue; saves them time. 10/10 service.

Called about 2 leaks which happened in unison and they told me they were very busy but would see if they could fit me in. They suggested I also have my neutralizer serviced at the same time to save the cost of travel to do it separately. I had accepted that I'd probably be without water for the weekend but recieved a call at 4 PM saying they were on their way. They did a great job and were courteous . I have used them in the past and recommend:)
