The whole process went smoothly starting with my salws person , Jason Yates. He was able to handle the process with the adjuster without me having to be there. The crew was great, everything looked awesome after they finished and cleaned up so no one would have known a new roof just went up. Mr. Keith was very knowledgeable during the consultation. He would recommend what materials that should be used and what needs to be replaced for building code. Also, Ms. Kristin is very helpful. She helps to set up the dates and explains how to be ready the day before the crew arrives for installation. The crew was very careful during removing the old shingles and clean up thoroughly after they were done. And Mr. Thomas was there to make sure the crew get the job done. I'm very happy with the job. I had roof work done with MLM in June 2022. Everything from beginning to end was smooth. I had storm damage and went through my insurance they made the process easy. They were very professional cleaned up and did as they stated in their contract.
