We were totally impressed with SHANE from Modern Roofing. From our initial contact to get an estimate on our roof it has been total communication with each step of the process. SHANE and Modern roofing are the real deal! We would highly recommend modern roofing for any of your home improvement needs. Being in the home improvement construction business ourselves for over 40 years we were totally impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Modern Remodeling did a fantastic job installing our new roof. We had wind damage from several storms over the winter period. Modern came out and inspected our roof, made temporary patches with tarps and inspected interior rooms. They did all of the leg work getting the entire roof replaced through my insurance! Chris H was super professional, helpful and responsive to all questions from both insurance and myself. We will definitely be using Modern Remodeling again, and have already recommended them to our neighbors.
