Modern Remodeling did a fantastic job installing our new roof. We had wind damage from several storms over the winter period. Modern came out and inspected our roof, made temporary patches with tarps and inspected interior rooms. They did all of the leg work getting the entire roof replaced through my insurance! Chris H was super professional, helpful and responsive to all questions from both insurance and myself. We will definitely be using Modern Remodeling again, and have already recommended them to our neighbors.

A co-worker recommended Modern Remodeling to us. From the start, they were responsive and knowledgeable. Our roof needed replaced after a storm and so our project manager worked with our insurance company to get the funds needed for the replacement. She guided us through the process and once we we had the insurance coverage we were scheduled a few weeks later for the job. They did our large roof in one day all before 3 PM. They were a pleasure to work with and they kept us well informed while managing the details. The more home projects you do the more you realize how rare this is.
