I worked with Alonzo from Jet Renovations after a great referral from my close friends. He came right on schedule and did a great job explaining potential issue. Unfortunately his team got stuck in another job on the day they were supposed to come, but they arrived promptly the very next day as promised. Even though Alonzo didn't have to, he covered the expense of the repair since they did not arrive the previous day. Alonzo was very responsive and professional. Had my roof & gutters replaced, the job was done on time, and the service was outstanding. I had wind come through shortly after my install and cause some damage, they came out the very next day to repair....I cannot say enough good things, money well spent!
