After an unusually heavy storm, our 20-25+ year old roof finally had a leak. Alex was incredibly quick to reach out after Xpress was recommended to me by a neighbor. He walked me through all of the materials that would be used as well as the warranties, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He and Gus (the project manager) were both quick to reply to any questions, and were very responsive and realistic with the timing of the installation due to heavy storms in our area the planned week of installation. We replaced our entire roof, installed new downspouts, gutters, and installed a new leaf relief system on our gutters. Their pricing was competitive and I trust the quality of the products used. The crew of roofers worked through an incredibly awful heatwave and still did an amazing job. The crew from Xpress did a few interior jobs for us and to say their work was excellent would be an understatement. Even after a few changes on our end, they made it all work and the updates are beautiful.

What else can I say about this company that others haven’t? The process started off on a great note with Matt Sparks, and ended well with Gus (the project manager). I contracted Xpress to replace a roof that was nearly 25 years old in preparation for solar panels. Matt and Gus both did phenomenally communicating the project expectations and status. What job doesn’t have its hiccups, especially when installing on a home that’s over 2 decades old? What matters is that Matt, Gus, and Xpress came back out a few times to fix some concerns and were transparent about them. I can’t recommend them enough and will be contacting them again for future roofing and siding projects.
