I'm a new homeowner and things are happening that I have NO idea what to do. Fortunately I was put in touch with Comfort Systems. They installed my HVAC system prior. I know there are other people who understand how it feels when something brand new breaks down. I had to call Shawn on Christmas because the condenser pump wasn't working. It was literally 41 degrees inside. He literally walked me through how to get it working and the next day sent a technician out to fix it. Although it was really simple, as I said before, I had no idea. I was about to fix it some kind of way. Haha Shawn and Elmer were courteous and very informative about the system and the heat is working great now! Thanks guys! Service: Heating system repair
