I am very glad I called this company, since this was a cold call. I found both J. T. the technician and Jay the office manager to be very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, obviously caring about customers’ electrical needs and knowing how to solve them. As soon as he saw my broken light fixture, J. T. knew exactly what needed to be done. He made sensible recommendations for solution alternatives, and then carried through with my decision. Their prices for labor and parts are reasonable and fair, in my view. I will definitely call them again in the future when in need of more electrical work. They are very nice people, indeed!
