YC Electric

I was very impressed with YC Electric. They were recommended by others in our neighborhood. We had an EV charger installed and what impressed me most was that when I decided to change the location of the EV charger the day before the service appointment, the technicians who came surveyed the basement and proposed a new route that would involve less wiring outside on the side of our home. Also, our EV charger displayed an alert after setting it up on our network and YC Electric came out without any questions to confirm the work they did was good. YC Electric has replaced fixtures and rewired old outlets in my century-old home. Yi and his team are timely, efficient, clean, and provide excellent service and results. While I hope I'm set for a while, I will not hesitate to contact them again for additional future work! The Short Version: Efficient, Friendly, Responsive, Professional (need I say more?) The Long Version: I had two upgrades I had Yi take care of. The first was a service upgrade from 100 to 200 amps. The other was the installation of an EV charger. The outdoor outlet I was using to slow charge my EV failed so I called Yi and he got me scheduled the next day. What impressed me is Yi's team did the work the right way, not the easy way. They could have simply buried the electrical wire for the EV charger and ran it around my house but instead they elected to run it through my crawl space which is a much more difficult procedure but produces a much safer and better looking result. I had some concerns regarding the job and Yi took the time to show up in person to address them. Good contractors are hard to find these days I now have one I can safely recommend for electrical work.
