Yi from YC Electric is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. We had a fixture with wiring issues, non working garage lights, and an electrical switch that needed repair. He fixed all of these issues and explained in detail why we were experiencing those problems. He is not only experienced but efficient and cleaned up the work space better than he found it. I won't hesitate to use Yi in the future and I have already recommended him to my neighbors/family members as his service is excellent. I was very impressed with YC Electric. They were recommended by others in our neighborhood. We had an EV charger installed and what impressed me most was that when I decided to change the location of the EV charger the day before the service appointment, the technicians who came surveyed the basement and proposed a new route that would involve less wiring outside on the side of our home. Also, our EV charger displayed an alert after setting it up on our network and YC Electric came out without any questions to confirm the work they did was good.
