I highly recommend TEO construction. They were honest and upfront when they came for the inspection. Didn't give me a lot of fluff or try to oversell me. They gave me the best price and warranty by far. We had our roof replaced. Elias and his crew were punctual and professional. They worked all day with hardly any breaks at all. Took their time and replaced all of the rotted wood that could be a potential issue in the future. They stayed late and completed the job because they were calling for bad weather the next day. They spent a lot of time cleaning up afterwards and the place was spotless. They even came back another day and replaced some damaged siding for me that was caused by a previous storm we had. We had our roof replaced on our double wide with an addition. Elias was very thorough with his inspection and explanation of the work that needed to be done. We had 2 skylights which needed to be replaced. We wanted to take them out but he explained that it would be beneficial to leave them in and replace with better quality. We are very pleased with how quiet and shaded the new skylights are. Elias also explained that the pitch of our addition was too shallow and recommended that we put a different kind of roof on that part that would help the water run off and not wash back up under the shingles. Overall we had shingles on the main part of the house and TPO put on the addition. We love the look and the service was impeccable. They cleaned up everything and we could barely tell they had been here, except for the beautiful new roof. Thank you TEO -Gary and Andrea Boone
