I have recently called on Exterior Pros twice. Once for my house to get an estimate on new siding as well as pricing to repair some siding as well as getting our gutters cleaned. The process was so easy. They have a way to show you your house virtually and talk with a designer to see all the styles and color options to make your house look amazing. Also, my mom needed a repair on her roof and they got there so fast and made it right before a huge storm hit the area. I highly recommend them and their products! I noticed I had a leak in my roof and I was unsure of what the cause was. I called around and decided to use this company. My experience was great the person who came out was Josh and he was awesome. He diagnosed my leak and it ended up being my ridge vent. He provided a lot of information about the new ridge vent. Josh was great but I was disappointed with some of the service. The workers showed up as scheduled and replaced the vent. The work has been great as in we have not had any leaks. The cleanup of the work was not so good. They left some pieces of shingles, large chunks of hard plastic, a glove, and roofing nails in my driveway and gutter. I ended up getting a flat tire due to one of the nails. I called Exterior Pros and they did offer a discount for the repair of the tire (20$) and had the crew of workers come back out and look for more trash in my gutters. (They did not clean the gutters just looked to see if there was any more plastic or trash in them.) Overall the company h

Excellent Home Improvement Company. We had the siding replaced on our home and from the start we received outstanding customer service answering all our questions prior to starting the work keeping us up to date on every step, before starting and after completion. Mr. Roland Case developed a 3D presentation for our project which made it easy for us to make the right choice. We decided to go with the JamesHardie product. They are all professionals at their job, always showed up on time and completed the replacement in less time that had been planned. After everything had been finished all equipment was removed and my property was cleaned up. Our house looks AMAZING!!!! We recommend EXTERIOR PROS to everyone. Thank you for a job well done!!!
