This company was dispatched by my home warranty company to diagnose and possibly repair my hot water heater. I had hot water it wasn't staying hot long. The guy comes and turns my tank off and then couldn't get it to light again. He told me I was missing wires which was why it wouldn't come back on and it needed to be replaced. He told my insurance company i was missing components and they denied my claim. I found pictures of the same tank and they only had one set of wires like mine. I found the manual that came with my tank, and only one set of wires were pictured. He didn't want to do the work and lied to me and the insurance company. Service: Water heater repair

It began with professionalism of the receptionist to listen attentively to ensure my needs were met. The Plumber showed up ready to work and perform professionally.
