Woman who schedules the appointments for this business was extremely rude. Just learned this is a mother/son business. Plumber randomly showed up to my home 1 week after the agreed upon date. I had already booked an appointment with another company since the plumber never showed up and their prices were a little too high anyway. When I called to ask what happened and why did the plumber show up a week later, she became very defensive and began yelling. She told me I called to reschedule for the later date. I did not. Instead of admitting it was a scheduling mishap and she has mistaken me with another customer, she began yelling and said she had “notes” about a phone call that never happened. Completely unprofessional. I asked the plumber to leave before he started any repair because I no longer wanted to deal with the company due to her unprofessionalism over the phone. If you are looking for a plumbing company it is better to go with a family owned business. Prices seem fair. Give them a call and they will be happy to help.

I went through all major services professing great service. Well, I tend to differ. R&D Plumbing service was beyond approach. It began with professionalism of the receptionist to listen attentively to ensure my needs were met. The Plumber showed up ready to work and perform professionally. Provided new suggestions and left my residence and work performed immaculate. I give R&D Plumbing Five Stars *****
